  • Find a way to re-frame your circumstances. We all have some level of tragedy or trauma in our stories. But if you re-frame those events. they don’t have to affect your emotional state and hold you back from success in the future.
  • Be goal-oriented. Set goals for yourself, achieve them, and reward yourself. Why would you bother working toward a goal if you aren’t going to reward yourself?
  • Don’t sweat the small stuff. If you let the little frustrations get to you, you’ll quickly find yourself fin a negative downward spiral.
